From human resources, marketing, payroll, operations, sales, and accounting this are all areas of business that is needed for a company. Each department represents a component that is a necessity in the development of a multifaceted company. Operations and marketing are two functional areas that interest me as an aspiring manager. Each department that piques interest for any aspiring to get into management would be the operations and marketing department. In the operation department the idea of pushing concepts and services deals mainly with motivation, because it true that a happy employee is a productive employee. In the marketing department as manager your planning process is the key to a successful team and the delivery showing to the public. Well motivating performance and driving incentives the leadership team in this department would need to be quick thinkers and rational.
