Mathematical Models Olympic High Jump

To understand the present and subsequently make educated guesses about the future, we are continually asked to observe, take measurements, analyze results, and find patterns. Since the age of five, I have been a Track and Field athlete. My favorite event has always been the high jump as it allows me to push my body to new limits every time I train. Since I am so passionate about the high jump, I always look forward to watching the summer Olympics. Having the opportunity to see the best athletes in the world compete in the sport that I love always excites me. It also makes me wonder, how the high jump will evolve in the future. Over the years, I have observed athletes constantly improving their scores and becoming stronger athletes. While athletes are regularly improving themselves, at a certain point, the human body will reach its limit and not be able to continue, changing the trend. This begs the question, what will the Olympic high jump look like in the future?
