The profession of business ethics has established a practical resource that is designed for leaders and managers. Business ethics in the workplace is about moral values for the workplace and ensuring behaviors are aligned with those values. Moreover, business ethics mainly concentrates on the moral standards as people apply to business policies, institutions and behavior. Business ethics identifies the three different kinds of issues which are systemic, corporate and individual.
