GIBBS REFLECTIVE CYCLE
As part of my Overseas Nurse program, I am required to make a reflective essay. This essay is based on my experience in clinical placement in the Operating Theatre. The aim of this essay is to discuss my learnings about the importance of team briefing, principles of asepsis, and Surgical Hand scrubbing, as well as experiences throughout my placement.
